1. Eligibility for Returns

- All original packaging, labels, tags, accessories, and manuals must be intact and included.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date (as indicated on your order confirmation).
- Proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt) is required.

Products that have been used, damaged, altered, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
2. Non-Returnable Items

After 30 days, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement unless the item is covered by warranty (if applicable).

Our representatives will verify your order information and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions.
Step 2 – Prepare Your Package
Carefully repack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documents.
Write your Return Authorization Number clearly on the outside of the package.
Step 3 – Ship the Return
Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.
Please use a reliable courier service with a tracking number to ensure safe delivery.
⚠️ Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect product).
Step 4 – Inspection & Refund
Once we receive your returned item, we will:

- Notify you via Email regarding the status of your return
- Process your refund or exchange within 5–10 business days after approval
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (e.g., PayPal).
5. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
- Depending on your payment provider, it may take 3–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
- Shipping fees, import duties, and handling charges are non-refundable, except when Oebumpers is at fault.

6. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your product for a different size, color, or model:
- Please get in touch with us within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Ensure that the product is unused and in its original condition.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will ship your replacement item promptly.
If the desired replacement is out of stock, we will offer an alternative product or a full refund.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
We carefully inspect and package every product before shipping.
However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing serviceoebumpers@hotmail.com with the following information:
- Order number
- Photos or videos showing the issue
- Description of the defect or damage
We will review your claim and arrange a replacement or full refund as appropriate.
8. Return Shipping Responsibility
Unless your return is due to a defective or incorrect item, you are responsible for the shipping costs to return your product.
